Chris was immensely helpful. After requesting a quote for a smart lock I'd purchased he offered some important advice... about fire ratings in apartment buildings. He recommend a different smart lock that would keep everyone such as strata and the insurance company happy. I was glad for the tip and then happy to have him install it professionally.read more
